Currently our client, an Japanese Manufacturer, is looking for a sakes Support.

📍【Location】 Atlanta, GA
📢【Position】 Sales Support
💲【Salary】 $65,000 - $85,000
🏢【Hiring Style】Direct hiring, Full-time

【Responsibilities】
-Efficiently processes and confirms orders through the ERP system, including handling changes and sample applications.
- Manages the entry and processing of both branch sales promotions and retail/food service promotions within the system.
-Serves as the primary contact for brokers and customers requiring special documents
-Participates in training brokers on how to effectively utilize the system and other marketing/order processing tools to improve their efficiency and profitability.
-Collaborates with the Distribution department to monitor inventory levels, process stock requests, and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
-Accounts Payable: Manages the timely processing and coding of all payables and reconciles account records.
-Accounts Receivable Support: Assists the Accounts Receivable team in collecting outstanding invoices from customers and brokers.

【Qualifications】
-High School Diploma is required.
-Computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. needed.
-Experience in air/ocean import operations is plus.
-Customs entry, carrier, and rate knowledge is plus.
