Currently our client, an IT Company, is looking for a Japanese Bilingual IT Engineer.

📍【Location】 Torrance, CA or New York, NY
📢【Position】 IT Engineer
💲【Salary】 $75,000 - $120,000
🏢【Hiring Style】Direct hiring, Full-time

Job Duties:
■Responsibilities:
・Provide installation, configuration, and ongoing technical support for IT systems, including servers, network, and telephony hardware/software.
・Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across IT systems, servers, networks, and telephony hardware/software, offering 24/7 on-call support.
・Maintain and troubleshoot network, server, and IT systems.
・Manage existing customer accounts, addressing all technical issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
・Microsoft, Citrix, VMware and other major software vendor's product. Cisco, Fortinet, and other major network vendor's devices.
・Unix/Linux and Windows server operation and maintenance.
・Security Tools such as SASE.
・Local and Wide Area Network technologies.
