Currently our client, Japanese Manufacture, is looking for a Business Development.

📍【Location】 Santa Ana, CA or El Segundo,CA or New Jersey
📢【Position】 Business Development
💲【Salary】 $80K-$100K
🏢【Hiring Style】Direct hiring, Full-time

■Key Responsibilities:
・Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electronic components sector in the U.S. market.
・Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
・Meet or exceed sales targets set by management or headquarters.
・Prepare and submit sales reports, market analysis, and customer feedback to management.
・Collaborate with global engineering teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
・Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and delivery schedules, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
・Travel frequently within the U.S. and occasionally internationally to meet with clients and attend industry events.

■Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical sales or engineering within electronic components, semiconductors, or other high-reliability industries.
Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel frequently within the U.S. for client meetings.
