Currently our client, a manufacture, is looking for an Administrative Assistant.

📍【Location】Boston, MA
📢【Position】 Administrative Assistant
💲【Salary】 $50k-60k
🏢【Hiring Style】Direct hiring, Full-time

Job Responsibilities:
・Prepare, process, and handle employee expense reports, including receipt verification, compliance review, and submission of reimbursement requests.
・Review vendor invoices for accuracy, coordinate approvals, and process payments via bank transfers in a timely manner.
・Maintain and post financial transactions in the Company’s accounting system, including account reconciliation and month-end closing activities.
・Research and update information related to industry and technology conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and community events in the Company’s internal database.
・Maintain and organize contact records of business professionals connected to employees within the Company’s internal database.

Requirements
・Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
・Minimum 1- 3 years’ administrative and accounting experience preferred
・Writing and editing skills both in Japanese and English languages
・Microsoft Office, Quick Books, and other collaboration tools.
