Currently our client Robotics Manufacturing Company is looking for a Product Support Engineer.

📍【Location】San Jose, CA
📢【Position】 Product Support Engineer
💲【Salary】 $100-120k
🏢【Hiring Style】Direct hiring, Full-time

Job Duties:
・Assists customer field engineers and technicians remotely to resolve technical problems
・Gathers and analyzes the field data to provide targeted technical support
・Provides clear and coherent technical advice and recommendations to OEM and / or end users
・Performs troubleshooting activities independently or with minimum supervision and guidance
・Troubleshoots electrical and mechanical failures and malfunctions and reports findings

Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s Degree or any equivalent degree preferred.
*3-5 years of direct experience in testing, data acquisition, and troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems or 0-2 years with graduate degree
