Our client, an IT company, is currently looking for a Manager, Application Development of Manufacturing Plants.

📢【Position】 Manager, Application Development of Manufacturing Plants
💲【Salary】 $90,000-$110,000 a year
🏢【Hiring Style】Direct hiring, Full-time

■Key Responsibilities:
● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of application developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
● Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the career development and growth of your team members.
● Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new development talent to scale the team effectively.
● Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to define the technical vision and strategic roadmap for our applications.
● Guide the team in making critical architectural decisions, ensuring the development of robust, scalable, and secure systems.
● Champion and enforce software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, and testing protocols.

■Qualifications ＆Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
● 7+ years of experience in hands-on software development, with a clear progression of responsibility.
● 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, directly managing a team of software developers.
Technical Skills:
● Languages & Frameworks: While not a hands-on coding role, a strong background in languages like Java, C#, Python, or Go, and familiarity with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is essential.
● Cloud & DevOps: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
● Databases: Proficiency with both SQL (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server)
● Security: Solid knowledge of application security best practices and OWASP principles.
