Our client, a food manufacturer, is currently looking for a sales representative.

📍【Location】NJ
📢【Position】 Sales Representative
💲【Salary】 $70k
🏢【Hiring Style】Direct hiring, Full-time

■Essential Job Duties:
・Drive business development through proactive sales strategies and relationship building.
・Meet or exceed the assigned annual gross margin budget by promoting and selling products to more complex accounts in assigned territory in compliance with the company’s pricing policies.
・Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively, and report potential claims
・Keep management informed of local competition and market conditions by analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities.

■Qualifications ＆Skills:
・Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
・Five or more years of high-volume sales experience in the food industry
・Experience in business development and account management
・Strong management, organizational, team building, coaching and mentoring skills
・Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively,
