Currently our client Japanese Company is looking for a Deputy General Manager.

📍【Location】Moses Lake, WA
📢【Position】 Japanese Bilingual Deputy General Manager
💲【Salary】　$100k - $120k
🏢【Hiring Style】Direct hiring, Full-time

Summary:
This position is required for helping General Affairs Manager (GAM) execute the following:
1)overseeing various aspects of the company's operations within the United States, such as, Logistics and Inventory Control.
2)ensuring alignment with the local market demands as well as Japanese parent company’s strategic demands.
This role involves strategic planning and execution, operation support, finance & accounting, logistics, and ensuring the overall success and growth of the US operations.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related
•Proven experience in a management role within the US, preferably with experience in or exposure to Japanese business practices and manufacture
•Strong understanding of both the US business environment and the cultural nuances of working with a Japanese company.
•Leadership, communication (both in English and ideally some level of Japanese), interpersonal, and cross-cultural management skills.
