※ WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Before opening day, we're hiring a contract-based master trainer to lead 3 days of intensive in-person training — someone who's sharp, fast, and brings a creative yet practical mindset to café ops.

※ YOUR ROLE (3-DAY PROJECT | $1000 Payment)
You'll help our founder and team:
✅ Teach and demo: Craft-level espresso drinks & Tea and boba brewing (from classic to signature) Simple desserts crafting and how to plate/display
※ Bonus: share your go-to vendors and operational gems
✅ Refine recipes for shop-ready execution — balance flavors, streamline workflow
✅Train the launch team: Prep steps, brewing standards, back-of-house setup
✅ Share best practices for boutique café operations — especially for multi-location scale

YOU ARE
✨ A seasoned café/barista lead or boba/tea shop operator
✨ Worked in or helped scale shops with 3+ locations
✨ Fluent in espresso, boba, and bakery basics
✨ A great communicator — clear, confident, and collaborative
✨ Startup-savvy: you've helped build something from the ground up
✨ Professional and kind — no ego, just good energy
