Currently our client Japanese Company is looking for a Japanese bilingual Assistant Accounting Manager.

📍【Location】San Mateo, CA
📢【Position】 Japanese Bilingual Assistant Accounting Manager - Hybrid
💲【Salary】　$85k plus excellent benefits
🏢【Hiring Style】Direct hiring, Full-time, Hybrid

Job Duties:
*Responsible for a general accounting functions in SAP system software and support Administration/Accounting Manager
*Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly-end closure and reporting to headquarters in Japan
*Communicate with customers/vendors to ensure all AP/AR occurs on time
* Assist business planning documents with Sales/Expense forecast and apply monthly actual results
* Manage expense report and budget control for annual meal expenses
* Support Administration/Accounting Manager for back-office functions, including HR, Legal, IT, General Affairs and Office Management

Qualifications:
* Japanese speaker (native or expert-level)
* More than 5 years of experience in accounting
* Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
* Knowledge and experience with SAP
