Currently our client, a Japanese semiconductor manufacturing company, is looking for a Field Service Engineer in Hillsboro, OR.

Ideal candidates have business knowledge in Japanese or are familiar with Japanese business culture.

📍【Location】 Hillsboro, OR
📢【Position】 Field Service Engineer- Japanese skill plus
💲【Compensation】$85K-$90K plus benefit
🏢【Hiring Style】 Full-time Hybrid

【Responsibilities】
*Install, maintain, and repair the systems, including hardware, software, and networking products.
*Diagnose and resolve product performance issues to ensure minimal disruption to customer operations.
*Advise customers on preventive maintenance to enhance system performance and efficiency.
*Deliver coordinated solutions, including peripherals, communications, operating systems, and application software.

【Requirements】
*Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Engineering (preferably mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering) or Sciences (physics) from a four-year college.
*Two years of similar work experience from the past jobs.
*Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a customer-facing environment.
