TAION Inner Down Jacket Brand Seeking Commission-Based Sales Representatives.
Location: West Coast and Midwest

TAION, a leading Japanese brand specializing in premium inner down jackets, is seeking 1-2 experienced and driven sales representatives to join our expanding team. We are looking for independent agents or individuals with a proven sales record to represent our latest collection during key market weeks on the West Coast and in the Midwest.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and key accounts in your assigned territory.
• Drive sales and achieve sales targets by effectively presenting the TAION brand and product line to maximize commission.
• Represent TAION at trade shows and market weeks, showcasing our latest collections and build brand awareness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to clients.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and explore brand collaboration partnerships.

Qualifications:
• Proven sales experience in the apparel/fashion industry/showroom or whosale
business, with a focus on outerwear or related categories.
• Established relationships with retailers on the West Coast and/or Midwest.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for fashion and a strong interest in the TAION brand.
• Willingness to travel to trade shows and client meetings.
