We are looking for the candidate who can work as a Recruiter Position.

*Time: 8hours Flextime / 5days Mon-Fri, 9:30am-6:30pm

*Job Duties:
- Conduct job order intake meetings with clients to finalize qualification criteria for candidates
- Obtain job orders and place candidates by conferring with clients and/or internal sources
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing video screenings
- Support candidates in preparation for interviews with clients
- Build talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities
- Maintain candidate databases
- Work as part of a team and collaborate with other internal divisions
- Follow up with clients and assigned temporary staffs to monitor progress and mitigate concerns
- Participate in various projects as assigned
- Execution of social network marketing, e-commerce and web site marketing.
- Other administrative duties as assigned

*Requirement:
- Japanese and English Bilingual
- Preferred: Having Recruiting or Sales Experience
- Preferred: Having experience in a medical industries
