*Location: Honolulu
*Salary: Based upon sushi BOH and Management experience: $45,000 to $70,000 plus bonus for Store Managers
We are also offering a New Hire Bonus ranging from $500 to $2,000 based upon the position.
FOH/BOH Hourly Staff – base pay and Tips range from $14.00 to $24.00 per hour. Sushi Chef will be a Back of House (BOH) position

*Job Description.
-Trained in all FOH and BOH stations and management responsibilities to become familiar with all aspects of the restaurant
-Allocate time in a high volume restaurant.
-Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant in both FOH and BOH
-Hiring, training and managing staff
-Ensure compliance with DOH and HIOSH regulations.
*Requirements.
- 3+ years BOH Food & Beverage (Restaurant) experience, including food preparation and cooking.
-Management or supervisory experience in a restaurant setting, including scheduling, cost control, and employee counseling.
-Excellent knife skills
-Have a current documented certification in safe food handling from ServeSafe or HI DOH
-Working knowledge and compliance with DOH and HIOSH regulations
-Ability to work full time, any day of the week, on all shifts.
-Motivated with the ability to quickly understand and accurately apply instructions.
