Condo complex has beautifully maintained and landscaped grounds that include streams, large pool, bbqs, recreation room and tennis courts.
It is a 10-15 minute drive to the major South Bay beach cities (Redondo, Hermosa and Manhattan)
Month to Month term. 30 day notice to vacate required by either parties.
$700 a month + $20 for electricity. $350 deposit.
