Hi everyone!
We are looking for roommates(couples are preferred!) to share a 2 bed 2 bath at AVA Little Tokyo. My husband ( a USC Architecture graduate student) and I have lived here for 1 year and gonna renew our lease before July 9 for another 11 months. The room is very spacious with washer, dryer, microwave oven, walk in closet, etc. There is a free parking lot with the lease. The rent is $1595/month. 15 minute drive to USC, 10 minute walk to little tokyo ( a lot of good restaurants!). Close to Japanese and Korean markets. Contact me for more details if you are interested.
